Adult Education

Religious Education for adults seeks to address the needs of the adults of Epiphany in deepening their understanding of their faith which will then lead to a more committed way of living their faith in Jesus Christ. Building on the religious education received as children, the questions and needs of adults go beyond what was learned during school years. Respecting the life experiences of adults, adult religious education should seek to integrate their questions with the teachings of the Church.

Learning about one’s faith, deepening one’s relationship with Jesus Christ and the Church does not end in 12th grade, but rather is a life-long process. We invite you to join us for the various adult education programs that are offered. Additional programs are being added on a regular basis. For more information, please follow the appropriate links or you may call Mandy at 722-0051 or Judy at 722-2110 extension 125.

Prayer for Those Who Seek to Learn

May the God of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of glory, grant you a spirit
of wisdom and insight to know him clearly.
May he enlighten your innermost vision
that you may know the great hope
to which he has called you, the wealth
of his glorious heritage to be distributed
among the members of the church, and
the immeasurable scope of his power
in us who believe.

Sharing the Light of Faith, taken from Ephesians 1:17
